    "message": "fix: stop regenerating the R wrappers during package installation\n\nThe rextendr 0.5.0 Makevars templates run `cargo run --bin document` as\npart of the build, which rewrites R/extendr-wrappers.R in the source tree\nwhile compiling. On win-builder that step fails: the host build scripts\nfor quote and proc-macro2 are rebuilt in the debug profile and then\ncannot be executed (os error 193, ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT), taking the whole\ninstall down after the library itself had built cleanly.\n\nThe step is unnecessary in the first place. R/extendr-wrappers.R is\ncommitted and ships in the tarball, so installation was regenerating a\nfile it already had, at the cost of compiling every dependency a second\ntime. It also cannot work under any cross-compile, since it requires\nexecuting a freshly built target binary.\n\nDrops the block from both templates and moves wrapper generation to a\n`just document-wrappers` recipe, wired into `just build` ahead of\nroxygen. Regenerating produces a byte-identical file, confirming the\ncommitted wrappers are current.\n",
